Prices for beef are by the side or by the whole. No 1/4's are available at this time. Deposits are $100.00 for a side of beef and $200.00 for a whole cow.
Side of Grass-Fed Beef price is 3.65 per pound based on hanging weight. Deposit is $200.00 per side. (Sides average 125 - 175 lbs) Butcher fees are seperate from the cost of the cow and average $175.00 per side. A $12.50 Handling/Delivery fee will be added to the final cost.

Whole Grass- Fed Beef price is $3.65 per pound based on hanging weight of the cow. (Full cow hanging weight average 675-775 lbs) Butcher fees are seperate from the cost of the cow and average $325.00 per cow. A $25.00 Handling/Delivery fee will be added to the final cost.
